As an end of life doula, it is imperative to make time for self-care. Yoga is one of the timeless tools that I carry with me everywhere I go. Private lessons available in person or via Zoom.
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which improve our overall health. Traditional ground based yoga is commonly referred to as Hatha Yoga. Additionally, there are a broad variety of disciplines, including AIReal Yoga and Laughter Yoga which I am also certified to teach.
I practice what I preach...literally! I'm registered with the Yoga Alliance as a yoga teacher in the above disciplines. All year, I take monthly in-person and online yoga courses to continue my own yoga education. I am constantly learning new techniques while practicing classic traditional movements.
